• Newsletter: your email address.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you visit and the page that referred you.
• Cookies: a session cookie required for the site to work, and - only if you consent - analytics cookies. See section 7.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver services you engage us for.

• To send you the newsletter, where you have asked for it.
• To keep the website secure and to detect and prevent abuse or spam.
• To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

Our lawful bases are your consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one (enquiries, proposals, projects), our legitimate interests (site security, service improvement), and legal obligation.

4. What we never do

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Client project records: for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by contract and applicable tax and accounting law.

7. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie that keeps your form submissions secure - this cannot be disabled without breaking the site. We also use a small local storage entry to remember your light or dark theme preference and your cookie choice.

This website is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
