About the role
Own the design of complex enterprise products from research through to developer handover. You will run user interviews, build prototypes, and maintain our design system. This is not a role where you receive a brief and return a mockup - you will be in the discovery sessions.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years designing digital products, with a portfolio showing your process
- Expert in Figma including components, variants and auto-layout
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Ability to design data-dense enterprise interfaces, not just marketing pages
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards
